Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were spacious and always kept clean, although there were no hangers or 'Do not disturb' sign. The hotel is conveniently located off the freeway, but it's a bit far from the city center with limited dining options nearby.
My stay at the hotel was lovely. The rooms were nice and very clean, with a wonderful back patio overlooking the trees and greenery. The service was accommodating and helpful, especially during a little booking mix-up. The location was convenient, right by the freeway entrance and close to downtown. The breakfast selection could have been better, but overall, it was a pleasant stay.
When we arrived, the room was so hot, and it took quite a while to cool down. The cleanliness was not up to par, but the room itself, being a two-bedroom apartment with a fridge and microwave, was convenient. The price for what we got was reasonable.
Although the hotel is conveniently located near Cal Poly SLO and offers easy access to basics, the room experience was below expectations due to an odd smell and poor air conditioning placement. The service was mixed, with quick responsiveness but occasional unfriendliness. Dining options were disappointing, leading to seeking breakfast elsewhere. However, the location is relatively good with proximity to the university and downtown, though the price value may not align with the facilities offered.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were spacious, but not well-maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful, which was a big plus. The location was convenient, but the dining options were subpar.
The rooms were spacious, but we encountered a few issues during our stay in room 282. Unfortunately, one of the lights did not have a working light bulb, the TV was only partially functional, there were strange noises coming from the shower head, and to our disappointment, breakfast was not provided.
